Margaret and Dan shared their vows under clear blue October skies in Alpharetta, Georgia at The Hamilton. I absolutely loved photographing their small, intimate wedding!
The Hamilton is a beautiful hotel nestled right in the middle of Downtown Alpharetta, Georgia. My particular favorite part are the twinkly lights outside on the patio, which is where we were able to do some couples portraits at sunset. Their ceremony took place in a ball room which was decorated, private, and the perfect place for them to share their heartfelt and personal vows. The staff at the hotel were prompt, helpful and professional and answered all my questions with ease and haste.
We started with a fun and heartfelt first look on the patio- Dan was so happy to see his bride! The ceremony was officiated by Margaret's brother, with special homage and memories for their late father sprinkled throughout the service and reception.
Wedding Reception at The Mansell House
The newlyweds chose to have their reception the next day at the Mansell House, which is located just a few minutes from Downtown Alpharetta. This charming cottage offered the perfect space for the friends and family to gather for their reception. There were heartfelt toasts, lively dancing, and love shared all evening. The Mansell House offers a spacious indoor area with plenty of seating and gathering space, and the outdoor patio makes for a scenic backdrop for dinner and dancing.
